Second Wave is the first expansion for Excavation Earth. This expansion contains four gameplay modules, which can be used in any combination.
Two New Factions. The House of Tvntrm are the movers and shakers of high society, diplomats and influencers with no peers. The Guilds of Sheenu-Jai are the collectors par excellence within the Union of Free Races.
Achievements. This deck of cards adds a new way to score. Complete specific in-game achievements to earn credits - and even more credits if you're the first to do it! Includes extra cards for the automated opponent in solo mode.
Observation Barge. Buyers and traders can now board this floating observation barge, which changes how you survey and sell artefacts. It is also another area to compete for crew majorities in order to score end-game bonuses.
Wild Cards. These faction-specific action cards add flexibility and punch to your turn.
