NOTE ABOUT SIZES!
D&D Variants are generally scaled by their base size however if they have weapons or limbs that stick out massively they may be scaled to better fit into their area of control.
28/32/40mm are scaled based on their eye level, similar to how figures are scaled in tabletop wargames.
